Audio/Visual
Convocation Hall has permanently installed audiovisual equipment in the Community Room and both conference rooms. The audiovisual systems contain a projector/screen, wireless keyboard and mouse, DVD player, PC, and conference call system, all operated by a touch panel or remote. The Community Room, Conference Room 204, and Conference Room 208 have a lectern; the lecterns in the Community Room and Conference Room 208 have a microphone. All spaces have additional microphones, such as hand-held mics and lavalier mics. The use of the equipment requires an audio-visual technician or a staff member from the Client’s department/office to set up, install, monitor, and/or trouble-shoot. The Convocation Hall Building and Events Director can provide basic instruction for A/V needs but is not available to set up, install, monitor or trouble-shoot A/V presentations. You may find a list of approved audio/visual vendors on the vendors page. Detailed instructions on how to use the A/V in each space may be found here.
