Parking permits can be picked up this week New parking permits will be available for pickup at the sites and dates below. Employees should have returned their registration forms by Dec. 18. This year's parking rates reflect the beginning of the multi-year plan to equalize deck and street parking rates. The annual cost of Zone 1 and 2 permits with deck access is increasing by $3 annually, and street parking rates without deck access will increase by $39. Employees will again receive two sticker decals to affix to the outside, lower-left rear window of their primary and additional vehicles. The decal will bear the name of the parking deck to which the employee is assigned, if applicable, and the same number as their hangtag. Employees will be able to pay parking permit fees on a pre- or after-tax basis this year beginning Feb. 1, the date new hangtags and decals become effective. Hangtags for 1998 should remain in view until Feb. 1.
